How to replace or return a product?

Have you considered ordering your first Cute medical uniform online for a long time, but are you worried about the size, and the possibility of exchange or return? No reason to worry! At Cute, returns are easy, and replacements are also completely free. Regardless of whether it is a return or an exchange, the product should be well packed and after the steps explained below, the package should be handed over to the delivery person.

A PRODUCT CAN BE REPLACED:

1. ...for the same product  in a different color and /or size 

• after opening the link that takes you to the product replacement page, please select the items that are being replaced in the interface, and then select the color and size you want to replace it to 
• a replacement confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address 

2. ...for any other product 

• send the receipt number, the product code (of the product that is being returned), and the code of the new product that we need to send for the replacement to our e-mail at [email protected] 

RETURNING A PRODUCT:

• after you open the link that takes you to the product return page, select the products you are returning in the interface 
• if the order was paid by cash on delivery, you should enter your IBAN for a refund 
• returning is free if you return the product to any of our Cute boutiques 
• returning by a delivery service is paid 5,0 €, the amount will be reduced from the return amount - Cute sends DPD to your address 
• refunds will be made within 14 days of product return 
• For additional questions or complaints, contact us by e-mail. 

*If the package arrives at your address damaged, the complaint must be reported within 24 hours, otherwise we cannot accept the damage.
