Is Cute a Croatian product?
Most of Cute products are produced in Croatia, yet they are all designed and developed in Croatia within the Cute team. We are glad that we can proudly claim Cute to be a Croatian brand.

Are Cute Medical Uniforms sizes smaller than regular?
Cute Medical Uniforms women's sizes 34 – 52 in the Classic collection are smaller than regular ones, so you will surely need one or two sizes larger than your usual size. New collections are created in the S-M-L system which corresponds to regular sizes, so when purchasing from the Flex, Comfy, and Wellness collection, you can choose the size you usually wear. For easier selection,  you can always use the size chart.

How long does the order delivery take and who delivers it?
If we have all the products you order in stock in the central storehouse, most of the packages are shipped within 24 hours. After handing them over to the DPD delivery service, you can expect your medical uniforms to arrive in three to five workdays. The package's status can be tracked on DPD's webpage via the link https://bit.ly/DPD_track_trace with the tracking code sent to your e-mail after the order has been submitted to DPD. What are the reasons for potential delays?
We might not send some packages within 24 hours if the products are in a different storehouse or production. In case of a mistake or eventual shortage of the ordered product, we will contact you for further arrangements regarding the shipping and delivery.
