This privacy statement describes in detail what personal information we collect when you buy our products through our website (www.cute.hr). In collecting this data, Cute Zagreb d.o.o. is the controller, and, in accordance with applicable regulations, we hereby inform you who we are, how and why we use your personal data and what your rights are in relation to this data.

As we are not obliged to appoint a personal data protection officer, all questions regarding personal data must be addressed to the above addresses / contacts.

What personal information do we collect?

When you shop on our website, you give us the following personal information: name, address, contact phone number, e-mail address and information about your card with which you make payments (if you pay online).

If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we keep your e-mail address for sending the newsletter.

We also store your e-mail address when you enter an e-mail address so that we can let you know when your favorite Cute product becomes available.


Why do we collect this personal information?

We collect and process your personal data in order to conduct a secure authentication of customers of the web shop cute.hr, the implementation of contracts for the purchase of goods or services, delivery of goods to the customer, communication with the customer, any legal proceedings related to the implementation of the contract. in order to constantly improve our processes in the interest of customers, to make the offer for our customers more individual and to adapt our offer of products and services as much as possible to the habits and needs of customers.

If you refuse to provide the requested information, the package will not be delivered to you.

Furthermore, your data from the card with which you make online payments have been forwarded to the processor responsible for making Internet payments. If you do not create an account with us, we will not store or store data from your card with which you make online payments.

How long do we keep your data?

Unfortunately, no data transfer over the Internet, or any wireless network can be 100% secure. As a result, although we implement reasonable data protection safeguards, we cannot guarantee the protection of any information transmitted to or from the cute.hr website and hereby completely exclude the actions of any third party that receives such information. Cute Zagreb stores personal data with service providers within the EU, and only exceptionally outside the EU.
