This privacy statement describes in detail what personal information we collect when you buy our products through our website (www.cute.hr). In collecting this data, Cute Zagreb d.o.o. is the controller, and, in accordance with applicable regulations, we hereby inform you who we are, how and why we use your personal data and what your rights are in relation to this data.

What personal information do we collect?

If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we keep your e-mail address for sending the newsletter.

Why do we collect this personal information?

We collect and process your personal data in order to conduct a secure authentication of customers of the web shop cute.hr, the implementation of contracts for the purchase of goods or services, delivery of goods to the customer, communication with the customer, any legal proceedings related to the implementation of the contract. in order to constantly improve our processes in the interest of customers, to make the offer for our customers more individual and to adapt our offer of products and services as much as possible to the habits and needs of customers.
